A video call allows you to see the kitten naturally, observe its movement and behavior, meet the breeder and ask questions directly.A video call is an important transparency measure, but it does not replace an examination performed by a licensed veterinarian.
Written Agreement
Reservation and transfer conditions are confirmed in writing. Depending on the individual kitten and agreement, the document may include:
identification of the selected kitten;
companion, show or breeding status;
reservation amount and payment conditions;
remaining balance;
documents included with the kitten;
veterinary preparation;
sterilization obligations for companion kittens when applicable;
health guarantee terms;
delivery or collection arrangements;
responsibilities of the breeder and buyer.

3. Arrange a Live Video Call
Meet the breeder, see the kitten live and ask questions about its personality, pedigree, preparation and future delivery.
4. Review the Conditions
We explain the price, reservation terms, included documents, veterinary preparation and available delivery route.
5. Confirm the Reservation
After both sides agree, the reservation is documented in writing and the kitten’s status is updated.
6. Veterinary Preparation and Handover
The kitten continues its veterinary and social preparation according to its age, destination, legal travel requirements and the agreed conditions.
Before departure or collection, the family receives information about the documents, preparation, travel plan and handover arrangements.
